DND Group was recently named one of the Top 200 Restaurant Groups by Nation’s Restaurant. As a team we are eager to bring aboard a motivated Treasury Analyst to join our Accounting Department.

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for daily treasury operations and providing accurate cash reporting. The Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in managing the organization's financial activities, ensuring effective cash flow management, and optimizing treasury operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the organization's treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Manages the day-to-day liquidity, including making sure there is enough liquidity across all group entities.
  • Monitor and manage cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity levels and timely payments of financial obligations.
  • Manage the execution of the daily cash disbursement process, including; initiating wires, ACHs, and checks through the positive pay process.
  • Adhere to period-end cut-off schedules for reconciliations of all disbursement cash accounts, all period-end processes, and all related journal entries.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure efficient treasury operations and access to appropriate financial services.
  • Handle bank inquiries, issues, and related matters, including setting up new banking accounts or services.
  • Prepare accurate and reliable cash flow forecasts, analyze variances, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of related experience in treasury operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cash management and a thorough understanding of treasury and banking operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and excellent operational skills in treasury.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Superior communication skills.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Salary: $80,000. - $100,000. per year (based upon experience)
